PROJECT 6 : ANALYSIS OF HBP SPACES ( COMPOSITION )

Task               : Analyse HBP and prepare a presentation board with the theme of                                   information,promotion or development proposal for School of HBP. Plans involved: Key plan -Penang map                          Site plan. - USM map                          Location plan - HBP map Theme            : Introduction of HBP school ( Histrory ,School Mision and Structure of HBP Materials        : A2 catridge and mounting board ,zig kurecolour and prismacolour markwe                          and buncho poster colour( for background only ) Process Stage 1 : Research and Collecting Information At first, bluprints of HBP are collected at HBP computer lab and some information or history of school is found in the school journal at reseach centre.However ,key plan ,site plan and location plan are search through internet .Location plan is captured by using google map.  RESULTS : USM map Topography of USM map location of HBP school in USM map                                                                                     Location of USM in Penang map Location of USM is located in the outskirt of Georgetown, the capital city of Penang and near to Penang Bridge, which connects the Penang Island and mainland of Peninsular Malaysia. There is 2 way get you to USM ,by penang bridge or by ferry.By Penang bridge,the opening of Penang Bridge linking the mainland of Peninsular Malaysia to Penang Island has facilitated driving to Penang. A charge of RM 7.00 is levied on all classes of cars at the toll plaza in Perai on the mainland. No payment is required for traveling from the island to the mainland. Please follow the road signboards showing the route to USM (Universiti Sains Malaysia) to reach the conference venue.By Ferry,From Butterworth, it is necessary to take the ferry to Penang Island. The ferry service is available around the clock for both passengers and vehicles. Tickets are purchased at the Butterworth terminal and the rates are applicable for a return journey. Fares: Adult - RM1.20, Children - RM0.60. A flat rate of RM7.00 is charged for vehicles. When reaching the Penang Island, you need to take taxi or public bus to reach Universiti Sains Malaysia. It's about 30 minutes by taxi and 45 minutes by public bus to arrive at the conference venue. The fare for taxis is approximately RM 30.00 while the bus fare is only RM2.00. Picture captured by previous project is reuse again for this project :                                                                                                                                                                                  Second Stage : Idea and Designation Many friends sketch their key plan (penang map) in smaller size.Then sudden thought in my mind is make the penang map the bigger size and put it as background .Moving forward ,i want to make my site analysis more neatly so i choose to design it layer by layer .First, Key plan back ground, site plan second layer , location plan most top layer and the title HBP word with the decorations also.Introduction of school is squeezed into a HBP word and the symbols of 7 disciplin is design out .Symbol and diagram are designed in hexagonal shape which is idea from project 2A natural structure -Honey Comb. Symbol Designation : The Symbols are divided into 2 main group ,design courses and non-design courses. Design courses : Ar : Architecture PL : Planning ID: Interior Design .Non Design courses : Qs : Quantity Survey Bs : Building Survey Bt : Building Technology CM : Contrustion Manager Introduction and History of HBP School Location of USM is shown by putting arrow.The diagram ,5 main part of building is drawn out by free hand and it is paint by marker pens. Labels and specifications are written by artline o.6 pen Reuse the idea from previous project.Design those diagram in regular hexagonal shape Site plan is drawn by free hand and colour by marker also.Compass and location of HBP school is shown. Key plan : Luckily i managed to finish painting all thing before the day of submission.The Key plan is also painted by marker. Final Stage : Addition of information Eventually ,all information ,details including labels and specification are written by pen. PROJECT 5 : THE MASK( SPECULATIVE )

• Task                   : Every student is requested to produce a paper based feeling mask when u enter a space

Process

Base of mask Few steps u need to follow to produce a good base of the mask.The instruction is shown as below.What you need is ask somebody u trust to help you if not you can hire a part time and use their face to pruduce your mask lol ....

Painting and Decoration of the mask Green colour is choosen to paint my mask.The reason why i choose green colour is because i will use my green coloured logo to decorate the eye part of my mask. Other than that ,i want my personal product to become a series thats why it is same colour with my project 4.

Eye of the mask :My(  logo Green Vision logo ) .Mantain previous go green concept.The meaning please view back my project 1A.

Green beard : All the beard around the mask is formed by green coloured buildings which reminding us develop our cities without disturb the balancing of ecosystem.

Green straight hair : Green idea and green concept is poped out after drinking livita -Every project try to go green and try to make out product with nice looking and also recyclable without polluting our environment.

Green face : built by green coloured bricks ,same concept with build building with green concept ,reminding everyone not to pollute our peaceful environment .

Green Vision - Project 4A

PROJECT 4A : SCULPTURE ( MULTIVIEW )

• TASK                                 : To fabricate a sculpture 3oo x 3oo x 6oo mm of size with the theme of sustainable.
• SCULPTURE NAME             : GV tower -Veayevia ( greek word meant new generation )
• SIZE                                     : 3oo x 3oo x 3oo mm
• COLOUR                           : Monochrome - green ( yellow green ,pale green ,green ,dark green ,olive green )
• Materials used                    : Newspapers , tape , superglue , buncho poster colour and arcylic .

IDEA : My sculpture concept is from one of the pictures from google show beside ,save the world and then i saw another picture with a hand protecting the earth with a green plant above the earth .My inspiration comes ,i modify and develop my ideas and then again i modify the apex logo into my Green Vision Tower and merge the three parts together ( hand , earth and also the GV tower ) . Designation is needed for my GV tower . Plant ? waht is the simplest unit for plant ...yes ,the plant cell so i choose to design the plant cell -window for my GV tower make it look like bamboo and in the same time it symbolise plants also. For the monochrome colour ,i decide to choose green colour as the colour of my sculpture follow green vision's mission - build a GREENER environment . WHY i choose APEX logo ? it's because the young bamboo symbolise young generation like us ,the future master of this world which need to take care and love for the transforming process.In order to coordinate with the sustainable theme ,i choose to use ecofriendly materials which is i recycle the newspaper and make unuseful thing into useful one .
